Data Usage Policy

This Data Usage Policy describes how Agrinta uses the business and personal data it receives, how that data is stored and protected, and the principles we follow when handling it.

Last updated: September 2026

We use the data we collect only for clear and legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Responding to Quote requests, product inquiries, and customer support questions.
  • Preparing commercial offers, specifications, and export documentation.
  • Managing orders, shipments, traceability records, and compliance reporting.
  • Improving our website, products, and customer experience.

We collect only the data we need for these purposes. Optional fields in our forms are clearly marked, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data.

Data is stored with reputable service providers using industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. Only authorised Agrinta staff who need the data to perform their roles can access it.

As an exporter operating under standards such as GLOBALG.A.P. and Sedex, we maintain traceability and audit records relating to growers, batches, and shipments. These records are used for food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, and may be shared with certification bodies or authorities when required.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

We use your contact details to reply to your inquiry and to communicate about orders and services you have requested. If we send any other business updates, you can ask us to stop at any time.

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms and Conditions.
